Peaceful nuclear explosive technologies offer a lot of opportunities. Not only the wide public, but also
professionals have a vague idea of these. The book publicizes the capabilities of nuclear explosive
technologies and their applications in science, engineering and production, and discusses how people can
benefit from these.
The thirty-years' history of developed and tested peaceful nuclear explosive technologies has experienced
no serious obstacles to their implementation. Along with this, some phenomena and processes of critical
importance for industrial accommodation of nuclear explosive technologies have remained understudied,
including long-term prediction of conditions of radioactive explosion products.
